Add items from your supplier and keep their costs up to date

Your supplier's pricebook can now fill your lists and keep every cost in step with their prices.

Add items from a supplier

• Two ways in. Use Add to… on the new Products list of a supplier's Pricebook tab or From supplier on your price list, Parts and Products and unit pages. In your lists shows what you already carry.
• Your markup, your GST view. Price list adds take a Markup % and an Ex GST / Inc GST switch.
• Units one at a time or in bulk. Bulk adds flag missing details and duplicates.
• AC pricebooks know their units. Uploads read unit type, capacity, kW, outdoor model and more. Only SKU and Price are required. No name column? Names are built for you.

Costs that follow your supplier

• Link any item. Price list items, trade parts and tasks, AC and fan units and materials get a Supplier cost section. Follow the supplier's price or copy it once. Anything added from a supplier follows it from the start.
• One review, one click. After a pricebook upload, Update costs from supplier shows each current and new cost, then updates them together.
• Supplier and Copied badges mark linked items.

Also new

• A tidier price list toolbar: ⋯ holds Import CSV and Export CSV. Add item offers New item, From my catalogues and From supplier.
• Search units and supplier items by model, outdoor model included.
• Bulk actions on AC unit pages switch units on and off. Revert All Prices now leaves your custom units alone.
