Materials pricing you can see and tune

Until now, every installation material in your catalogue showed a single price. Now that price opens up: you can see exactly what is parts, what is markup and what is labour, and change any piece of it to match how your business really prices work.

What's New

• Full price breakdown on every material. Installation materials across your Split, Ducted, Multi, VRV, Install Only, Ventilation and Subfloor catalogues now show how their price is built: Parts cost × Materials markup + Labour hours × Labour rate = Price.
• Edit any part of the formula. Change the parts cost or labour hours and the price recalculates instantly, or set a straight flat price instead. Leave a field empty to go back to the default.
• Your own labour rate and markups. Set your business labour rate once and it applies across all system types. Unit markup and materials markup are tuned per system type, right on the catalogue page.
• Per-quote markup sliders. Turn on "Allow markup adjustment on quotes" in Quote Preferences and your team gets unit and materials markup sliders on AC quotes, in the portal and the mobile app. Sharpen the price on a competitive job without touching your catalogue defaults, then Reset returns to them anytime. Any quote priced off your defaults shows an internal markup summary on its quote page.

How It Works

Go to Catalogue, pick a system type and open Materials & Pricing. The new Price Calculation Formula card at the top holds your base installation price, markups and labour rate. Click Edit on any material to adjust its breakdown or set a flat price. See the product catalog guide for the full walkthrough.

Why It Matters

Your quotes are now priced from the real cost of doing the work: parts plus your margin plus labour at your rate. When a job needs a sharper number, adjust the markup on that quote alone and your defaults stay exactly where you set them.
