How does the 14-day free trial work?
Add a card when you start your trial and try the Growth plan free for 14 days, with unlimited quotes and jobs. Cancel before day 14 and pay nothing. If you keep going, your Growth plan starts when the trial ends. We'll send you a reminder before your trial ends.
What's included in job management?
Track jobs from quote acceptance through to completion. Assign team members, add notes and photos, manage job statuses and convert accepted quotes into jobs automatically. All seamlessly synced between mobile and web.
How does accounting integration work?
Connect your Xero or QuickBooks Online account in minutes. Invoices sync automatically, saving you hours of double-entry. MYOB integration is coming soon.
Do booking reminders use my SMS credits?
Yes. SMS booking reminders use the same per-message credits as your other outbound SMS. Email reminders are included with all paid plans at no extra per-send cost. You can disable any rule, or use email only, to manage credit usage.
What does call forwarding cost?
Call forwarding, voicemail and Call History come with the dedicated business number on Growth and Scale. Voicemail, ringing and missed calls are free. You only pay for the minutes you spend talking on a forwarded call, at 20c a minute, or add the $15 a month voice add-on for 100 minutes. Extra numbers are $7 a month for a local number and $15 a month for a mobile number, up to five per business.
Do AI review replies use my AI credits?
No. Drafting replies to your Google reviews is free on every plan and doesn't touch your AI credits. Auto-pilot, which posts replies to 4 and 5 star reviews automatically, is included on Growth and Scale plans.
Does Cooledge track expenses and supplier purchase orders?
Yes. Every plan includes expense tracking (with AI receipt scanning from your phone), purchase orders to suppliers, supplier bills, credit notes and a Job Profitability widget that updates live as costs flow in. On any plan, create purchase orders straight from a quote's materials, one per supplier in one click. On Growth and Scale you can also upload each supplier's pricebook so purchase orders arrive with their part numbers and your prices. All in Australian dollars for now, multi-currency is coming.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
Is there a long-term contract?
No contracts. All plans are month-to-month or year-to-year with no lock-in. Cancel anytime. We'll even let you export your data.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Annual billing saves you 16%.
