Sales reports: which quotes you win and where your best leads come from
Two new reports for owners and admins. Quote performance shows your win rate by count and by value, how fast customers accept and who wins what. Lead sources shows where your leads come from and how many become work.
The Sales section of Reports is now open. Two new reports answer two questions. Which quotes do you win? Which of your marketing brings in work?
They sit alongside the Money reports, the Team reports and the Job profitability report.
Quote performance
See every quote you sent in a date range and how it turned out.
- Win rate. Quotes won out of every quote sent. Accepted and Paid quotes count as won, Pending quotes are still open and Expired or Archived quotes count as lost. Drafts never count.
- Win rate by value. The value you won out of the value you sent. A high win rate with a low value rate means the big jobs are getting away.
- Median time to accept. How long customers take to say yes, from the day you sent the quote to the day they accepted it.
- Group by Period, System type, Person, Lead source or Quote. Click a system type, person or lead source to see its quotes, then open any quote. Back to Quote performance report brings you back to the same view.
- Filters for Outcome, System type, Person and Lead source.
A quote counts from the day it was sent. Open quotes count against the win rate, so the rate can still rise as customers accept.
Lead sources
See where your leads come from and how many become work.
- Headline figures. Leads, Won rate, Won value and Top source for the range you pick.
- Group by Source, Channel, Campaign, Form, Landing page, Status, Period or Lead.
- Quoted and won. Every grouping shows how many leads got a quote, how many you won and lost and what they were worth.
- Landing pages. Every page you host is listed, even one with no leads yet, next to its views. A busy page with no leads is worth a look.
- Online bookings. A note shows how many leads came from online bookings and how many of them booked a time.
Leads reporting has moved
Lead sources replaces the old Leads > Reporting page. The Reporting tab on the Leads page and any saved link now open the new report. Pick any range up to 400 days, such as Last 12 months or Last financial year.
Who sees them
Owners and admins can see both reports. Pick your columns and filter the rows as you do on your other reports. The account owner can download either one as a CSV or a PDF with your logo. Members don't get these reports. Both reports work in ServiceM8 mode.
