• Snap a receipt on your phone. Open Quick Expense from the mobile app and snap the receipt. AI reads the supplier, the date and the total so you barely have to type. Attach to a job, save, on with your day.
• Purchase Orders to suppliers. Build a PO from a job, or convert a quote take-off straight to a PO. Send it to your supplier by email with a clean PDF attached. They reply with the bill. You match it back to the PO in a click.
• Supplier bills and credit notes. Record the bill against the PO when it arrives. If something gets returned or refunded, log a credit note and it nets off automatically.
• Job Profitability widget. Every job now shows revenue, costs and margin updated as expenses and bills are added. No spreadsheets. No waiting for the bookkeeper.
• Purchases Hub. One screen with every expense, PO, bill and credit note across the business. Filter by job, supplier, date or type.
• Supplier management. Save your suppliers' details once: name, email, account number. Cooledge sends POs to them with one click.
• Automatic POs from AC quotes. If you accept an A/C quote with an Auto Duct Layout take-off, Cooledge can spin up a draft PO with all the parts already on it, ready to send.

How It Works

1. On the truck: open Quick Expense on the mobile app, snap the receipt, tap the job it belongs to and save. The AI does the rest.
2. In the office: open Purchases from the sidebar to see the hub, or + New PO from any job to send a purchase order.
3. When the bill arrives: open the PO, click "Convert to Bill" and check the totals match.
4. At a glance: open any job and the Profitability widget shows revenue, costs and margin live.
