Connecting Cooledge with the API and webhooks

Cooledge has a developer API and webhooks, so you can connect it to your own systems and tools.

  • Create and manage your own API keys in Settings
  • Get real-time webhook events when things happen in Cooledge
  • Available on the Growth and Scale plans

What you can do

Cooledge gives you a public REST API and real-time webhooks. With them you or your developer can read and write your customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, bookings and leads, and react the moment something changes.

Who it is for

The API is built for developers. If you are not technical you can still create a key and hand it to whoever builds your integration. API access is available on the Growth and Scale plans.

Create an API key

  1. Go to Settings and open the Developers page
  2. Click Create key, give it a name and choose its scopes
  3. Copy the secret. It is shown once, so store it somewhere safe
  4. Use the key with the X-Api-Key header on your requests

Webhooks

Subscribe to events like quote accepted, invoice paid and job completed. Cooledge signs every delivery so you can verify it came from Cooledge. You manage webhook subscriptions from the same Developers area in Settings.
