Zapier integration, now in private beta

Cooledge now has a Zapier app. Zapier connects Cooledge to more than 7,000 other apps with no code, so the moment something happens in Cooledge it can flow anywhere you need it, and other apps can create work in Cooledge for you.

What's New

• 10 real-time triggers. Start a Zap the moment a customer is created, a lead is captured, converted or won, a quote is sent, accepted or paid, a job is completed, an invoice is paid or a booking is created.
• 7 actions. Create customers, leads and bookings, build ducted quotes, add invoice lines, send invoices and look up existing customers from any app.
• Secured with your own API key. The Zapier app rides on the same keys and scopes as the Cooledge API, so you stay in control of exactly what it can touch.

How It Works

The app is invite-only while in beta and is not in the public Zapier directory yet. Request access from Settings, then Integrations in your portal, tell us the email on your Zapier account and we send you an invite. Paste in your API key and you are ready to build Zaps.
