Xero Accounting Integration

Cooledge now integrates with Xero, Australia's most popular accounting software. Your invoices flow from Cooledge to Xero automatically, keeping your books up to date without double handling.

What syncs

• Invoices — When you create an invoice in Cooledge, it's pushed to Xero as a draft or approved invoice (your choice).
• Customers — Customer records are synced so your Xero contacts stay current.
• Payments — Payments recorded in Cooledge are reflected in Xero.

How to set up

1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Xero.
2. Connect your Xero organisation via OAuth.
3. Map your Cooledge revenue accounts to your Xero chart of accounts.
4. Choose whether invoices sync as drafts (for manual review) or auto-approved.
