How it works

  • Clock in / clock out — Start and stop timers from the mobile app when you arrive at and leave a job site.
  • Manual entry — Add timesheet entries manually if you forget to clock in.
  • Job-linked hours — Every timesheet entry is tied to a specific job, so you can see exactly how long each job took.
  • Team tracking — See timesheet entries for all team members in the web portal.

Why it matters

Knowing how long jobs actually take helps you quote more accurately, identify inefficiencies, and keep labour costs under control. It's especially useful if you're paying staff by the hour or need to track time for invoicing.
