Supplier Ordering (AAD Integration)

Cooledge now connects directly to Australian Airconditioning Distributors (AAD), so you can order materials straight from your accepted quotes without leaving the platform.

How it works

When a quote is accepted, Cooledge automatically generates a material take-off based on the systems you've quoted. You can review the order, adjust quantities, and submit it directly to AAD — all from within Cooledge.

• Real-time pricing — See current AAD pricing as you build your order.
• All system types supported — Ducted, split, multi-split, VRV, and install-only quotes.

Currently available for AAD customers in NSW, VIC, and SA, with more states coming soon. Connect your AAD account in Settings → Integrations → Supplier Ordering.
