Quote Templates and Duplicate Quote: reuse your best quotes in one tap

Most of the quotes you send look a lot like ones you have sent before. The same standard split-system install, the same service package, the same repeat customer at a slightly different address. Until now you rebuilt each one from scratch. Quote Templates and Duplicate Quote fix that.

What's New

• Save any quote as a template. Open a quote, choose Save as Template from its actions menu and give it a name. Photos and floor plan snapshots are stripped out, while your options, line items, units, prices, terms and report notes are kept.
• Start new quotes from a template. In the quote editor, tap Load Template and pick one. Templates are filtered to the system type you are working in, so you only ever see the ones that fit.
• Manage your library. Rename, preview, archive and restore templates under Settings → Quote Templates.
• Duplicate a quote in one tap. Choose Duplicate Quote from any quote's actions menu to get a fresh Draft copy with a new reference. The content, customer and photos come across, while status, payments and sent history reset so the copy is ready to edit and send.
• Works everywhere you quote. Both features cover itemised, split, ducted, VRV, multi, install-only and repair quotes, in the web portal and the mobile app.

How It Works

1. Build a quote the way you like it, then choose Save as Template.
2. Next time, start a new quote and tap Load Template to drop the whole thing in, ready to tweak.
3. Need a near-identical quote right now? Open an existing one and choose Duplicate Quote.

Why It Matters

Your best quote becomes the starting point for the next one, instead of a blank screen. Standard jobs go out in seconds and repeat customers are a single tap away. It is live now in the web portal and the mobile app.
