QuickBooks Integration

Alongside our existing Xero integration, Cooledge now supports QuickBooks Online — giving you a choice of Australia's two most popular accounting platforms.

What syncs

• Invoices — Cooledge invoices sync to QuickBooks as they're created, with line items, tax, and customer details intact.
• Customers — Customer records stay in sync between both platforms.
• Payments — Payment status updates flow to QuickBooks so your books are always current.

Setup

Connect your QuickBooks account in Settings → Integrations → QuickBooks and map your accounts. The setup takes under five minutes.
