Send 'On the Way' SMS in one tap

Tradies type the same "on my way, ETA 20" message dozens of times a day. Now it's one tap from the job screen — pick an ETA, pick the contact, send.

What's New

• One-tap send from the mobile job screen. More Actions → Send On The Way SMS. No retyping, no copy-paste from notes.
• ETA picker built for the run. 5 min, 10 min, 15 min, 20 min, 30 min, 45 min, 1 hr, 1 hr 30 min, 2 hrs.
• Choose the recipient. Send to the main customer contact, or the site contact when one is set on the job.
• Editable default template. The wording lives in Settings → Templates → On The Way. Change it once, everyone uses it.
• Sends from your business sender ID and counts toward your existing SMS credits — same plumbing as the rest of Cooledge.

How It Works

1. Open the job in the Cooledge app on your phone
2. Tap More Actions next to Start Job
3. Tap Send On The Way SMS
4. Pick the contact (if there's more than one) and pick your ETA
5. Tap Send — the customer gets the SMS instantly

The default message is friendly and professional. Want to change the wording? Edit the system template in Settings → Templates.
