• AI floor-plan scanner detects rooms, labels and areas in seconds, then jumps straight to per-room measurements. No heatload, no duct sizing.
• Itemised quote output. Rooms flow into quote line items with areas pre-filled. Pick your material from the price list, adjust rates per room and send.
• Measurement Defaults settings tab. Configure your default trade, waste factor and rate approach once. New quotes pre-fill from there.

How It Works

1. Open Measure Quote from the sidebar, or go to /measure/new
2. Upload a floor plan or draw rooms manually
3. Review detected room areas and set the scale if needed
4. Open the itemised quote editor. Rooms are already populated as line items
5. Pick materials, adjust rates and send
