Job Forms: Build it once, fill and sign it on-site

Completion sign-offs, safety checklists and service reports have always been the paper part of the job — filled in on a clipboard, photographed and hopefully attached to the right job later. Job Forms replaces all of that. Build a form once, fill and sign it on the phone and a branded PDF lands on the job automatically.

What's New

• Visual form builder. Drag and drop sections and fields — text, numbers, dates, Yes/No, dropdowns, checkboxes, photos and signatures. No Word templates and no third-party form app.
• Five starter templates. Job Completion Sign-off, Service Report, Site Inspection Report, JSA/SWMS Lite and Maintenance Checklist. Use them as-is or clone one and make it yours.
• Fill and sign in the field. Techs complete forms on the mobile app: snap photos, hand the phone over for the customer's signature, add their own and it's done before they leave site.
• Pre-filled job details. Job number, customer, site address and date fill themselves in from the job.
• Branded PDF, saved to the job. Completing a form renders a clean PDF with your logo and business details, saved straight to the job's attachments.
• Send it anywhere. Email the PDF to the customer in one tap, or tick completed forms onto invoice emails.
• Internal-only fields. Keep tech notes on the record without them appearing on the customer's copy.

How It Works

1. Build or clone a template under Settings → Job Forms.
2. On any job, add the form and fill it in on the phone or in the portal.
3. Capture signatures, tap Complete and the branded PDF is saved to the job.
4. Email it to the customer or attach it to the invoice.
