Email & SMS Templates

Stop retyping the same messages. Cooledge now supports reusable templates for both email and SMS, so you can send professional, consistent messages in seconds.

What you can do

• Create templates for common scenarios — quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations, payment reminders, thank-you messages.
• Use variables to personalise automatically — customer name, quote amount, job address, and more are inserted for you.
• Share across your team — Templates are available to everyone on your account, so your whole team sends consistent messages.

How to use

When composing a message from the inbox or from a quote/job, tap the Templates button to browse and insert a saved template. Edit it before sending if needed, or send as-is.

Create and manage your templates in Settings → Templates.
