Your Cooledge dashboard now has two new sections to help you stay organised throughout the day.

To-Do List

A simple, built-in task list right on your dashboard. Add tasks, check them off, and keep track of what needs doing — whether it's following up on a quote, ordering parts, or calling a customer back.

• Check off completed items
• Tasks persist until you clear them

Recent Activity

See a live feed of what's happening across your account — new quotes created, jobs completed, payments received, reviews collected. The activity feed gives you a snapshot of your business without having to dig through individual sections.

Both features are available on the web portal and the mobile app, so you're always up to date whether you're in the office or on the road.
