Automated booking reminders cut no-shows

SMS or email reminders before every visit. Configure rules by staff, category, visit type. Quiet hours and per-rule templates included.

Every no-show costs you a day's revenue and a frustrated team. Booking Reminders fix that — automatically. Set the rules once and Cooledge sends SMS or email before every scheduled visit.

What's New

  • Reminder rules that fire on schedule. SMS, email, or both — sent before every booking that matches the rule.
  • Pick the interval per rule. 1 hour before, 1 day before, both, or whatever combination fits the job. Stack multiple rules for multi-touch reminders.
  • Filter by what matters. Staff member, job category, or visit type (Quote Visit vs Work Order). Different rules for different work.
  • Multi-channel per rule. SMS, email, or both — your call.
  • Quiet hours, automatic. SMS won't fire late at night even if the timing falls inside the window — it shifts earlier so customers wake up to a polite reminder, not a 11pm buzz.
  • Custom templates per rule or use the system default. Change the wording once and every matching booking picks it up.
  • "Allow resend on edit" toggle. Decide whether already-sent reminders re-send when a customer reschedules.

How It Works

  1. Settings → AutomationsBooking RemindersNew Rule
  2. Pick channels (SMS, email, or both) and set the interval
  3. Optionally filter by staff, category or visit type
  4. Save the rule

Bookings created or updated from that point forward will queue reminders that fire on schedule.
