• Auto-pilot. Let Cooledge reply to your 4 and 5 star reviews automatically. Replies go out at natural times during business hours, so it never looks like a bot answered at 3am.
• Negative reviews always wait for you. 1 to 3 star reviews are never posted automatically. You always get a draft to review first, written to open with empathy and take the conversation offline.
• Your voice, your rules. Choose a friendly or professional tone, concise or detailed length, add a sign-off like "Dave, Owner" and give the AI standing instructions.

How It Works

1. Go to Marketing → Reviews → Reviews (your Google Business Profile needs to be connected).
2. Open AI reply settings at the top of the page and pick a mode: Suggested or Auto-pilot.
3. Set your tone, length and sign-off, then let the drafts roll in.
